Root & Rebound operates a Reentry Legal Hotline every Friday from 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. PST. 

It is free and open to anyone in California with a reentry-related legal issue, question, or concern, including those who are incarcerated. Please note: they accept Collect Calls.

Currently, the program supports individuals re-entering the workforce after incarceration with union-employer-sponsored careers in the building and construction trades.
